Sunday, May 28 @ 10am – Join us at FPC at 10am for meaningful worship on Pentecost Sunday which celebrates the gift of the Holy Spirit and the birthday of the church. Don’t forget to wear Red! We welcome guest pastor Rev. Dr. Linda Mercandante whose sermon is titled “What are you longing for?” with scripture text from Acts 2:2-21 and Psalm 42:1-2. The Children’s Choir will present special music titled “The Promise” from the musical “The Sailor’s Bible” written by Tom Long and Allen Pote. Sunday school classes are over for the year, but will resume in the Fall. Children are invited to stay in worship and may use the Kid’s Tables up front. A staffed nursery is available for the little ones along with a restless room at the back of the sanctuary. Please join us in the Social Room after worship for refreshments and fellowship.
